Everyone gets down and depressed now and again. I know I do sometimes. I am not immune to it. Maybe it’s because we feel bad because things are going the way we expected them to or we haven’t accomplished something that we set out to do. When we feel down we tend to not want to do anything. We want to curl up in a ball put on some pajamas and watch TV all day or just mope around feeling sorry for ourselves. I’ve been there. It sucks.
I know there are many reasons why we feel depressed and down. I can’t really touch base on all of them, but I do know for sure that I can tell you what has helped lift myself back up. Here are several ways I use to get out of my downers that can hopefully help you too.
